How do you authenticate the pieces?

At Styles Via Sina, we take authenticity seriously and partner with Entrupy, a leading authority in luxury authentication, to ensure every piece we sell is guaranteed authentic. Entrupy uses advanced technology to analyze microscopic details that are difficult to detect with the naked eye. This comprehensive examination includes checking the materials, stitching, logos, and other intricate features of each item. The technology is driven by artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms trained with millions of microscopic images collected from known authentic and fake items.

Once authenticated, each piece receives a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from Entrupy, providing you with complete confidence in your purchase. 

Where do you get the pieces?

We source our luxury items from a variety of trusted and reputable channels to ensure the highest quality and authenticity such as private collections, estate sales, online third-party platforms and auctions. By sourcing from these diverse and trusted channels, we are able to offer a wide selection of authentic, high-quality luxury items to you.

What is the condition of the pieces?

The condition of our preloved pieces ranges from mint to fair. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our standards for quality and authenticity. We provide detailed descriptions and photos to accurately represent the condition of every piece, so you can shop with confidence.

Mint ? Either is or looks brand new with no signs of wear. Item might have tags attached or shows no flaws.
Like New ✨ Appears nearly perfect with only the slightest signs of use, if any.
Excellent ? Shows minimal signs of wear, such as very light scuffs or minor hardware scratches that are barely noticeable.
Very Good ? Has minor signs of wear, including small scuffs, light marks, or slight wear on the edges or handles.
Good ? Displays moderate wear with noticeable scuffs, marks, or signs of use on the corners and handles, along with minor interior stains.
Fair ? Visibly worn with significant scuffs, marks, or wear on the corners and handles. The interior may have noticeable stains or damage.

Are taxes included in the listed sales price?

Return Policy

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We encourage you to carefully review the detailed descriptions and photos provided for each item before making a purchase. Ordering, Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

Based on the high value of our pieces, any package over $200 will be shipped with a signature required and insurance to safeguard your purchase.

  • U.S. Orders: We ship via UPS. You'll be able to choose your preferred delivery speed at checkout. Shipping rates and applicable taxes are calculated based on your shipping address.

  • International Orders: All international orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping costs, taxes, and duties are calculated at checkout according to your destination.

You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your order. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. 

Changes to the delivery address CANNOT be made once the package is in transit. If you need to make any changes, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at info@stylesviasina.com

Where is my order confirmation?

Order confirmations are sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you haven't received your confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, please contact us at info@stylesviasina.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

When will my order arrive?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. Delivery times vary based on your location, whether within the United States, its territories, or internationally. International shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

We ship within the United States and its territories, as well as internationally to select countries in:
